DECAF - Timor H2O

This coffee comes from the Cooperativa Café Timor, located in the high altitude area of Maubesse, East Timor. Established in 1994, CCT is a collection of over 20,000 small family owned farms, each averaging less than a hectare. In 2001 the cooperative obtained Fair Trade certification. Caffeine extraction utilizes the Swiss Water Process.
