Guatemala Antigua Los Volcanes

Some of Guatemala's best coffee mills and specialty exporters are based in Antiqua, a city ripe with historic coffee infrastructure. Coffees from this area benefit from the active volcanoes in the region and are often brimming with sweetness countered by bright acidity.

Los Volcanes is the name for a tight-knit team responsible for working with dozens of select farms and small-holder communities. They provide support and expertise throughout the process from co-managing farms to careful fermentation and meticulous drying in their mill located just outside Antigua.
