This coffee is produced by 850 small farmers in the town of Sakisso. Located in southern Ethiopia, the Guji zone borders the lush area of Sidama and West Arsi to the north, the Bale zoe to the east, and the famous Gedeo zone to the west.
The coffee cherries are handpicked, fermented and sun dried on raised beds with simulated shade netting for 21 days at the Hadeso-Testi Washing Station. The meticulous attention to detail results in bright, sparkly coffee with heavy fruity notes and an overall complexity.
