This decaf selection is grown in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea by over 3,000 farmers primarily in small gardens within tribal villages. These communities have for centuries largely kept intact their individual languages and customs. Some of the trees are over 25 years old which produce cherries with a higher sugar content, translating to a sweeter and more complex cup. Decaffeinated using a water process.
