Guatemala Huehuetenango Palmira

Huehuetenango is the northern most province of Guatemala near the Mexican border. Coffee here is grown in ideal conditions with limestone soil, good drainage and surrounded by steep canyons that  protect the coffee trees from dramatic swings in temperature.  The flavor profile tends to capture the winey fruit flavor and big body that this region is known for producing.
