DECAF - Colombia Royal Select SWP

This Colombian decaf variety is selected from coffee lots produced on small family-owned farms across Colombia.  It is fully washed and dried inside solar dryers that provide protection from the rain.  During the decaffeination process, the raw coffee is hydrated which allows the coffee to expand and the caffein to be extracted via osmosis.
