Ethiopian Sidamo Guji - natural

Grown within the Guji zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, this coffee displays the nice fruit-forward characteristics typical of natural (dry)  processed Ethiopian coffee.  The coffee cherries are carefully hand picked and dried on raised beds which are constructed to ensure proper air circulation and temperature control for an optimal drying process.  Thus, producing exceptional and unique cup profiles.
