Brazil Poco Fundo Coopfam - natural process

Located in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil, Cooperativa dos Agricultores Familiares de Poco Fundo e Regiao (COOPFAM) is an association of small-scale farmers determined to improve the living standards of the area families.  This coffee is a full natural meaning the coffee fruits are left to dry intact on the seed (bean) producing a more fruity tasting coffee.
