Peaberry refers to the bean shape, noticeably smaller and rounder than our other offerings. This is a naturally occurring process in around 10% of the crop, where only one half of the coffee cherry forms, rather than both. Otherwise this variety follows a typical washed process and sun drying and is grown in Northern Tanzania.
