Peru Dark Roast

Our Peru variety comes from northern Peru and the slopes of the Andes in the Piura, Amazonas, Cajamarca, and San Martin regions. The vast majority of the coffee is produced by the indigenous population on small lots intermixed with other crops such as bananas, corn, and beans.
